Preparation for study abroad

About the process from application preparation to entry and admission

The schedule for admission twice a year is as follows.

SP	船員旅券 (Seaman’s Passport)		Hộ chiếu thuyền viên được cấp cho công dân Việt Nam là thuyền viên để xuất nhập cảnh theo tàu biển hoặc phương tiện thủy nội địa hoạt động tuyến quốc tế theo quyết định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền thuộc Bộ giao thông vận tải.	Cơ quan có thẩm quyền thuộc Bộ Giao thông vận tải.	Hộ chiếu thuyền viên có giá trị không quá 5 năm tính từ ngày cấp và được gia hạn 1 lần, tối đa không quá 3 năm.

Myanmar

The types of Myanmar passports are as follows. If the purpose is to work, it is a PJ, and if the purpose is to study abroad, it is generally a PV. However, from June 2024, changing from PJ to PV will not be permitted, so you will need to obtain a PE.If you obtain a PE, you will need to have the school you plan to enroll in issue a letter of acceptance, etc. You must apply by attaching the documents. It is not enough to wait until you have been granted a Certificate of Eligibility.Once you have been offered a job (passed the interview), you will need to consult with the school to have it issued.If you have traveled abroad and have a passport, please bring your passport.
